The N.I.Vavilov Institute and V.R.Williams Fodder Institute fodder crop collection was utilized to synthesized new initial material. Heterotic hybrids and tetraploid population of alfalfa, clover and xFestulolium were obtained. Some problems of derivation location samples are discussed.
